How much do you charge for luggage storage?
Our charge is $5 per bag from open to close of operating hours 10am - 8pm.
Is there a limit to the size or weight of the luggage I can store?
We accept most sizes and weights, but there is a weight limit of 50 kg per item. Additionally, excessively large items may be subject to extra fees.
What is required to rent a P.O. Box?
-2 forms of government issued Identifications.
-Fill out a postal service agreement.
How secure is Spirit Postal?
Security is our priority. All stored luggage is secured in a monitored, restricted-access area.
Do I need to reserve space for my luggage in advance?
While reservations are not required, we recommend booking in advance during peak tourist seasons or if you plan to store a large number of items to ensure availability.
Can I access my stored luggage before the storage period ends?
Yes, you can access your luggage at any point during our operational hours. Simply notify one of our staff members, and well assist you.
